London - Chelsea FC announced sacked coach Jose Mourinho, seven months after the Portugal man brought the Blues win the Premier League.

Dismissal was officially announced by Chelsea on its website on Thursday (12/17/2015) - but

as "mutual consent" in other word "mutual agreement".

The man dubbed 'The Special One' failed to lift the performance of Chelsea this season, despite his status as defending champion.

Of the 16 matches in the Premier League this season, Chelsea only able to achieve four victories. The rest, "The Blue" won three draws and nine defeats already.

Final defeat Chelsea and Mourinho obtained from Leicester City (1-2), coached by former Chelsea manager, Claudio Ranieri, at the end of last week. The loss left Chelsea only one point adrift of the relegation zone.

By sacking Mourinho, Roman Abramovich had to spend big money. For the severance money, Abramovich to spend 40 million pounds, equivalent to Rp 848.9 billion.

This is the second dismissal of Chelsea on 52-year-old manager. The first was conducted on 20 September 2007, or three years and three months after he was first brought to Stamford Bridge. In the first period it was Mourinho gave two Premiership titles, one FA Cup and one League Cup.
